Mixed-use residential and commercial

Located in Haile Plantation, near Gainesville, Florida, this building will be the future home for Kinetix Physical Therapy on the ground floor and 2 residential units above. Located on a tree lined area that has both contemporary and traditional structures, this design takes the best elements of both styles and incorporates them into a clean yet warm building. 

 

Located near the Research Triangle, in North Carolina this building will contain commercial units on the ground floor and high-end residential units above. Located in an up and coming area that has been designated by the city for revitalization,  the building will draw on the rich architectural history of the area, with a modern twist.  

 

Currently on the drawing board, this mixed use commercial with residences on the second floor will be located just outside Gainesville, Florida.
