Downtown Redevelopment - Building 1
This mixed use infill project will be built as part of a larger downtown redevelopment project in North Carolina. The tight corner lot fronts a busy road and the recently built retaining wall adds interest and depth to the site. The five-story structure will house commercial space facing the main avenue and parking will be located behind it. Condominiums on the remaining floors round out the transitional style of this 90,000 s.f. building.

Acquiring an additional lot next to the original site has allowed us to develop a design with more facade on the main road, as well as, provide nearly twice as much commercial space below and an abundance of off-street parking.
o2b Kids! Oviedo
The O2B Kids building in Oviedo, Florida is a one-of-a-kind feast for the senses. The client provides a “new learning playground” through education and enrichment programs for children up to age 13 including arts, science, technology, sports, languages, dance and music and the built environment had to physically echo that diverse program.
Almost no wall is at a right angle. Ceilings tilt and doors lean. But the kids and staff love every part of the magical facility from the Play Village to the Outdoor Playgrounds. Bright colors and unusual materials hold up well under the wear and tear of hundreds of active youngsters.
Cytacki and Associates are currently working on additional O2B Kids projects in other parts of Florida.
DCC Church
Destiny Community Church will soon realize it’s goal to build a ministry center in Newberry, Florida. This multi-functional facility will house not only a place of worship but also classrooms, cooking and eating areas in a beautifully lit space that overlooks the fields surrounding the building. Kinetix mixed-use building - now under construction
Located at Haile Plantation, in Gainesville, Florida, this building will be the future home for a physical therapy office on the ground floor and 2 residential units above. Located on a tree lined area that has both contemporary and traditional structures, this design takes the best elements of both styles and incorporates them into a clean yet warm building.
o2b Kids! Altamonte Springs
Our second O2B Kids project is in Altamonte Springs, Florida is also located in an existing mall. As with the previous project, the walls tilt, the "roofs" flare at odd angles and the doors lean. But the kids love all of it. The bright colors and sturdy materials hold up well under the wear and tear of hundreds of active youngsters and the energetic staff.
Sports Pavilion
This sports pavilion is part of the Destiny Community Church complex and uses vast amounts of glass and porches to tie the indoors with the surrounding landscape. It will house a mixed use basket and volley ball court and will also be used as a community gathering space.
